LGBTQIA+ Yoga Class (afternoon)

Afternoon Yoga Class 1pm - 2pm

Join us for a LGBTQIA+ yoga class with Thomas Thoroe that blends flowing movement with moments of stillness. Through gentle, dynamic sequences and longer holds, you’ll have time to connect with your breath, feel grounded, and find calm. This practice is designed to help you move with purpose, pause with intention, and reconnect with yourself. No matter your experience level, this class offers a space to slow down, feel present, and leave with a sense of balance and peace.

Arrive 12.30pm for coffee, class starts promptly at 1pm.

If you book this afternoon class please don’t book the morning class as well as we want more people to be able to participate. Thanks!
