The Ripple Effect: Shifting the Conversation – London Event
Hope is an Action, and the Conversation Starts With You
Mark your calendars for February 6th and join us in London for The Ripple Effect, an evening dedicated to shifting the conversation toward justice, solidarity, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore how waves of hope, compassion, and action can transcend borders and inspire a brighter, more unified future.
With a ceasefire and a hostage deal finally in place, we have a collective responsibility to ensure that all the loss and suffering were not in vain. Each of us has a role to play. Let’s take action by shifting the conversation toward shared values and solutions, rather than remaining stuck in the faults of the past.
Together, we’ll explore how waves of hope, compassion, and action can transcend borders and inspire a brighter, more unified future.
Hosted by Palestinian activists from Unapologetic: The Third Narrative (UTTN), this event features Amira Mohammed and Ibrahim Abu Ahmad, co-founders of UTTN. They will share their journey from Palestine/Israel in the wake of October 2023, reflecting on the creation of their podcast and movement. Their experiences will highlight how global solidarity, rooted in empathy and courage, can challenge injustice and spark meaningful transformation.
The proceeds from this event will help support the production of Unapologetic: The Third Narrative Season 2 and our continued efforts on the ground. Your participation will help amplify the organizations and activists who are doing the important work on the ground.
The evening will include:
- A Musical Conversation with Makam Salam: Experience how improvised music by this multi-ethnic ensemble for peace and justice creates a harmonious space. Through spontaneous expression, each voice finds its place within the collective, transcending borders and fostering unity.
- An Interactive Session: Participate in thought-provoking discussions designed to nurture compassion, ignite agency, and inspire collective imagination.
