Join us for a laid back, supportive, sapphic creative writing workshop.
We’ll do some facilitated writing exercises, using different lesbian and queer prompts each week.
Each session will be a mix of quiet time to write and chances to reflect and connect, with a tea break and snacks.
There will be no pressure to read aloud, but some opportunities to share if you would like to, plus completely optional homework if you’d like some motivation to keep writing.
This isn't a course so you can come along to any session for the first time. Whether you want to write fiction, poetry, drama, or have no idea, everyone is welcome.
Feedback from previous sessions:
“Emma always brings inventive ways of getting us to flex our creative muscles and get writing.”
“I liked how unjudged I felt during this session - everyone is so welcoming, open, and supportive of each other.”
"Thank you so much – this has been the best pay what you can activity I have ever attended."
This workshop welcomes lesbians, queer and bisexual women, trans and non-binary people.
