When? Saturdays 19th April, 17th May, 21st June, 1:30-2:30pm (you are welcome to attend one, two or all three sessions)
What? These sessions are all about helping you overcome barriers to using gym equipment, so you can continue to exercise safely and effectively on your own. The focus will be on the three most fundamental exercises: squat, bench and deadlift. No prior experience is required; you don't even need to know what “squat”, “bench” and “deadlift” mean, as Liz can explain all! If you are more experienced, you are welcome to come along to benefit from Liz's expert coaching.
The sessions will be for a small group of 5-8 participants, meaning everyone can get individual support and work at their own pace towards their own goals. It's designed to be especially welcoming for people who experience barriers to participation in exercise.
