Our chef has prepared two menus for this performance series:
Menu 1: 26/03 and 2/04
to start: Leeks bathing in olive oil and orange with bread (contains: gluten)
to continue: Toulouse sausage with lentils and greens or Squash with lentils and greens (contains: gluten, mustard, celery, sulphites)
to finish: Earl Grey chocolate mousse with Prunes (contains: egg, dairy, sulphites)
Menu 2: 9/04 and 16/04
to start: Very pink taramasalata (contains: egg, gluten, fish, milk, sulphites) or Piyaz white bean, tahini with soft boiled egg (contains sesame, celery, egg, sulphites)
to continue: Braised Lamb with polenta and green sauce (contains: gluten, sulphites, celery, mustard, milk) or Braised Aubergines with polenta and feta (contains: sulphites, milk)
to finish: Our famous pineapple upside down cake
