May Foraging Walk
£35
A guided walk in a beautiful community nature reserve in East London.
We'll visit the woodland, pond, herbal medicine garden and mushroom micro-farm. We'll end by preparing some snacks with what we find, and there'll be some wild cakes and ferments to share too.
We'll be moving slowly, identifying plants and fungi, sharing their stories, and speaking about the broader themes surrounding foraging. This walk is designed to be accessible for those with any level of foraging experience.
We might chat about:
The importance of urban green spaces and what we can do to advocate for them.
There will also be space for quiet, mindful appreciation of the land.
Rights For Weeds will provide wild snacks and hot drinks.
Please read all of the terms and conditions fully before booking. If you are purchasing a Solidarity or Concession ticket, please read the description fully to make sure it's the right ticket for you.
If you have any questions, get in touch with @rightsforweeds. We'd be happy to chat to you.
