To Your Ear
Pay What You Can to £9
To Your Ear returns for another evening of new music for strings and piano, balancing beautiful, patient compositions with repeating patterns and climactic bursts of activity. Culminating with Ritornello 2.sq.2.j.a, a vibrant string quartet by Caroline Shaw, the programme also features new music by James M Creed and Matthew Gilley, Donnacha Dennehy's piano trio Bulb, and recent pieces by Luiz Henrique Yudo, Janet Oates and Jon Mayse.
Presented in the welcoming atmosphere of St Catherine's, Hatcham. Doors open at 7pm and the music begins at 7.30pm. There will be two halves with a short interval, and there will be a bar.
Ticket options are standard, concessions (no explanation or evidence needed!) and pay what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
