In this class, we will merge elements of Qigong with a Vinyasa Flow to give space and time for us to feel deeply into the sensations that our body is experiencing, expanding our awareness.
This class is a dynamic and fluid practice that links breath with movement. You’ll be led through a series of poses in a smooth continuous flow, focusing on coordination of the breath and the body to develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
