Join us for our for our fourth Slam, as we open our doors to some of London's finest poets and watch them battle it out to the death* all for the glory of being the one night slam champion!
*It's not to the death, it's all just fun and games
Each month, One Night Slam will bring you both an incredible feature and an incredible host!

We have 6 slots we're giving out in advance, first come first serve. Buying one of our ‘Slammer’ tickets guarantees you a spot in the slam.
If you miss those, we're saving a few spots for on the night. We'll pull a few names out of the hat at the start of the night.
Slam Rules:
One Night Slam is a Two Round poetry slam, every competing poet performs twice.
Slammers will have a 3 minute time limit with a 10 second grace period, after that they'll start to be deducted points.
Must be your own work.
No props.
No backing tracks.
Code of Conduct
We do not tolerate any abuse. By attending a One Night Slam event, you agree to the following code of conduct:
- Don't be a dick. By which we mean, be respectful of each other and don't kick down. No racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, ableism, classism, fascism, or any other kind of “ism” (socialism and optimism are allowed).
- Slots are 3 minutes long with a 10 second grace period. Beyond that you will start to lose points. We ask that you leave the stage as soon as you can after this as we'd like to get all of our performers on and finish the night at a respectable time.
- If your set includes potentially upsetting/triggering material, please give a content warning or trigger warning at the start - we won't include that as part of your time.
Please note that we film and photograph every event - if you don't want any video or images of you to go online, please let Tyrone know. You can do so either on the night or afterwards.

There are three individual toilet cubiclesin the bar area.
Seating chairs have no arms,sofas are available.
