LITF is back after a couple months' hiatus - now presenting a new offshoot of the series!
Whilst we will still be focusing on poetry, there will be new exciting craft elements to expand your creative inclinations in a totally new space! Your ticket now includes all necessary crafting materials, homemade sweet treats, and proper coffee drinks made by yours truly! Yes I am lugging my espresso machine across London for you! (There will be dairy and nut free alternatives for those with dietary restrictions)
This monthly workshop series will focus on individual poetic development along avenues of meaningful connection, inviting attendees regardless of discipline in an interactive, low-pressure environment. The main goals being, to break down insecurity, embrace imperfection, and build community along the way. The classes can be a one-off or a chance to build via previous attendance. Think new-pathways, community, growth, queer-friendly and pure fun.
Basic outline; group arrival, Coffee/ Tea & sweet treats, go through the topic/ area of focus that week & accompanying craft of the month, get to creating, share & discuss.
What does Lost in the Foxglove mean?: Foxglove flowers represent the ethereal, double meanings, pride, and creativity. We want to let ourselves explore the potential of ‘what if’ and create as a new pathway develops rather than focusing on where we will end up.
