Roots & MOVE
A freedomDANCE session with Vincent for gay, bi & trans men and non-binary people (with friends)
- with the wonderful Vincent - holding the space… (see Bio blow)
- Bodie is away travelling until May
We always begin with ground - the roots of our experience…. Solid, secure embodiment of our authentic self in movement…. We grow, move the energy to open the body into a flow of the dance, into exploring the circus of our experience in the ‘here and now’ of the present moment - awake/aware - connecting with self and others in the space…. Rejoicing in the circle of community - coming together with ground, body and breath. The heart of movement is the circle and each dancer plays their part - all parts are welcome.
No prior experience needed. Just an open mind, a open heart of curiosity and a willingness to move (at your own pace) and be moved by others…
A collective of experienced teachers offering embodied ecstatic dance, somatic movement practice, community, and connection…

Bio
Vincent embarked on a transformative journey in conscious dance in 2015, which led me to embrace a life rooted in community and connection. Now trained as a freedomDANCE facilitator, he weaves his French heritage into his teaching — adding a touch of Gallic charm and joie de vivre to every session.
Alongside his dance practice, Vincent is an accredited Integrative Counsellor in private practice and the founder of Therapy Centre East London — a vibrant hub for healing and growth in the heart of Shoreditch. He also oversees Operations for Loving Men+, an organisation that creates events and resources for cis & trans gay, bi & queer men and non-binary people to connect deeply, explore intimacy, and strengthen community bonds.
