Why Attend?
In nightlife, the best moments happen when everyone feels they belong. This isn't just about ticking boxes, it's about creating spaces where real connection happens.
We've seen first-hand how simple changes such as better lighting pathways, quiet zones, or staff who understand invisible disabilities can transform nightlife experiences. These shifts don't just benefit those with specific needs, they create better environments for everyone.
This workshop goes beyond theory. You'll hear real stories from people who've navigated these spaces, share your own experiences, and walk away with practical ideas you can implement immediately—whether you run warehouse parties or work in an established venue.
