Join a friendly and supportive group of adults who, just like you, are navigating the complexities of life with ADHD and neurodiversity. Many of our members were late diagnosed, which may have coincided with other conditions such as menopause.
Each session will delve into a different topic, providing a safe and understanding space to share our personal stories, ask those burning questions, and voice our concerns. This is a peer-led initiative, run by individuals with lived experience. While we might not always have all the definitive answers, we can work through things together, drawing strength and insight from our unique journeys.
We'll be exploring a range of relevant topics, including the nuances of workplace dynamics, strategies for career progression, adjusting to a late diagnosis, building and maintaining fulfilling interpersonal relationships, and pursuing our personal ambitions with confidence.
We are committed to ensuring we use wheel chair accessible venues wherever possible and try to be inclusive for all attendees. Additionally, we are happy to assist with 'Access to Work' paperwork should you require it.
New Members - Please attend at least 2 introduction sessions, as these will help establish the group's foundations and shared understanding. After attending these introduction sessions, you're welcome to drop in to any subsequent meetings that fit your needs and schedule.
