This June, we’re heading to Darling’s Eatery - a cozy pasta spot tucked in Hackney Wick that’s all charm, candlelight, and carbs.

Founded by chef Egle Loit, Darling’s is all about simple, seasonal Italian plates done right - think silky pasta, truffled burrata, and house-made focaccia that demands a second piece. The vibe? Warm, minimal, and made for connection, with communal tables and a drinks list full of organic wines and classic cocktails.
