Elemental Body Workshops
Each workshop explores a different element—Fire, Water, Air, and Earth—through somatic movement, art, rest, and ritual. We'll tune into our senses and connect with the wild urban landscape of Greenwich Ecology Park, deepening our relationship with nature, the elements, and ourselves.
Air - June
We feel the presence of air through the wind and the breath within us—both invisible and boundless, it moves through us, connecting us to all things. In this workshop, we will attune ourselves to the rhythm of our breath, the gentle touch of air on our skin, and the soaring wings of birds above. We’ll spend time tuning into airs presence, noticing how it moves around us, through the trees, and within our own bodies.
