As summer is upon us, I'm excited to be hosting 2 intensives with more focused time on:

The brief session overview will include:
Drills & Techniques, Practice and Creation
Through freestyle exercises, concepts and structured parameters to allow you to play, deep dive, exchange and develop your own movement.
Please bring something to write notes, snacks and anything else you might need.

Access: Unfortunately all the venues do have stairs.
