Join us for a relaxed and social afternoon of yoga and sauna for queer women, non-binary and trans people.
14.30 - 14.45 - arrival
14.45 - 15.45 - yoga
15.45 - 17.15 - sauna social
All welcome - no previous yoga experience is required. The yoga will involve mindful movement, stretching and breathing. We will then head to the community sauna next door where we will have our own dedicated sauna space.

What to bring / wear
For yoga please wear whatever you feel comfortable to move and stretch in. Mats will be provided. For sauna you will need:
✔️ Swimwear
✔️ Two towels (one for sitting, one for drying)
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Plastic bag for wet belongings
✔️Optional: Bathrobe, sauna hat, flip-flops

Location
The yoga will take place in the classroom space at The Bath House. We will then move to the Hackney Wick Community Sauna next door for sauna.
