Ordinary Saints: A Conversation with Niamh Ní Mhaoileoin
Can you imagine it? Can you imagine me there in the front row in Saint Peter's Square? The lesbian sister of a literal saint.
Join us for an evening in conversation with Niamh Ní Mhaoileoin to discuss her arresting and unmissable debut novel Ordinary Saints which is an exploration of family, grief, queer identity, and the legacy of the Catholic Church in Ireland.
Niamh Ní Mhaoileoin was the winner of the inaugural PFD Queer Fiction Prize and was also shortlisted for the Women's Prize Trust Discoveries Prize in 2022. Her début literary novel is Ordinary Saints. It has been shortlisted for this year's Waterstones Debut Fiction Prize.
