🌈Join us for a fun evening learning how to make pasta from scratch in a small group of 10 people.
Coached by Emiliano, a registered dietitian in the UK, we'll be cooking tagliatelle with a plant-based ragu sauce, a healthy and delicious meal that is perfect for after work.
These skills will equip you to tackle any pasta dish you fancy.
Everyone will get hands-on making the pasta dough, learning two techniques: by hand and with a pasta maker. Then we’ll cook the pasta and sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
The ticket includes:
- A recipe card to take home (with suggested variations)
- All the ingredients for the meal (main dish and a side)
- A glass of wine (non-alcoholic options available)
