FLINTA NUDE YOGA AT COVEN
A sanctuary for body, breath, and belonging. This session is created exclusively for FLINTA participants, held in a private space with low lighting, no cameras, and no public access—your safety and welfare are always the priority.
Led by Zalayka, who integrates the serenity of her traditional Hatha Yoga training with the warm embrace of Yin, each class is infused with mindfulness, meditation, and the calming vibrations of singing bowls. Practising nude, you’re invited to release layers of tension, judgement, and inhibition, and reconnect with your body on your own terms.
This is a space of respect, softness, and empowerment—an opportunity to move and breathe freely, guided with care.
