We are so excited to bring back our monthly comedy night with four top notch, queer performers.

Dian Cathal - an award winning writer, stand-up comedian, and actor. Dian is currently touring his 2022 comedy hour Generation WHY which was nominated for the Best of Brighton Fringe Comedy Award. His latest hour, Trans*Atlantic, received 5 star reviews and was also nominated at Brighton Fringe 2025.

Ishaani Ponniah - Tamil musician and writer from Tottenham known for her comedy on social media and for her work with the BBC, Buzzfeed and many more. She hosts the QPOC music night AZNSZN as well as Youtube Talk Show Emotional Labour.

Love Affair Basement is a new queer wine bar and events space on Hackney Road. Enjoy burlesque-style interiors and a carefully selected menu of Portuguese food and wine, and seasonal cocktails developed by our Head Bartender, Frankie.
