Join the LGSO for a program eschewing the usual seasonal chestnuts for a couple of crowd-pleasing classics – Gershwin’s An American In Paris, with more sparkle than the tackiest of tinsel, and Sibelius’s Second Symphony, brighter than your average open fire - and throwing in Larsson’s Saxophone Concerto for good cheer.
Philip Attard (saxophone) has appeared as soloist in venues including Wigmore Hall, Cadogan Hall, St John Smith Square, St James Piccadilly and the Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall.
