A 3-hour, science-backed introduction to breathwork for emotional regulation, awareness, and wellbeing — guided by Consciously Kinky.
Breath as an Anchor is a three-hour, in-person workshop exploring how your breath shapes your body, mind and emotional world.
This is a small-group pilot event, limited to six participants. It’s a rare opportunity to experience the workshop in its early form, share your feedback, and be part of shaping what comes next.
This isn’t about pushing limits or chasing euphoria. It’s about learning how to use breathwork safely, consciously, and with real understanding.
You’ll experience practical techniques for:
- Building awareness of your natural breath patterns
- Regulating stress and emotion through evidence-based methods
- Finding calm and focus using the body’s own systems
- Beginning to connect breath, body and emotional state
We’ll explore the science behind it too — what’s happening in your nervous system, why certain breathing styles work, and what recent research from is showing us about breathwork’s effects on mood, brain activity and wellbeing.
This is Part 1 of a two-part series: it stands alone, but also lays the groundwork for deeper, transformational breathwork. Part 2 will be in early 2026.
No experience is needed. The space is kink-aware, and open to all adults (18+), no matter what your identity, gender or interests.
You’ll be safely guided throughout.
Join us for an journey of grounded exploration — where science meets self-awareness, and every breath becomes a way home.
Without judgement, without shame.
Please note, this workshop takes place in a shared therapeutic venue. Due to the nature of the venue, we request that you do not wear kinky clothing to this workshop. However, you'll be absolutely fine to talk about kink and sexuality in the meeting.
Grab your tickets quickly as this event has a maximum capacity of six people.
