WE’RE BACK! After a short hiatus, whilst our Pole Jam organiser has been travelling, we are returning with a new workshop in NOTTINGHAM!
Join us on Saturday 13th December at @polekatacademy for our 2hr workshop, hosted by @seraphinaselenexo We’ll be bringing snacks, good tunes and energy for you all to try something different! 💃🏽
Workshop & Reflections: 1 - 3pm
Optional Post-Jam Social: 3.30 - 5.30pm at a nearby venue (tbc). The social food is not included in your ticket price.
In this class we will covering a flow in the Seraphina’s signature slinky, sensual and sassy style. There will be a focus on enhancing our body and mind connection in order to release our sensuality and the divine feminine that is within all of us and discuss how this individual and unique for everyone. We will then cover a choreography with the use of prompts will encourage you to add your own personal touches into it. This class is suitable for all levels and the choreography can be changed to suit specific needs.
Our events are open to beginner - professional performers, so please don’t let your level stop you from reserving your space.
This time, 5 spaces are offered as a Pay What You Can to Current S£x Workers! Please only buy this ticket if you identify as one 💕 (No proof required and your identity will remain anonymous).
Once you have booked your space, you will be added to a group chat two weeks beforehand to socialise with other pole dancers and plan our post-workshop social location.
ZEN POLE JAMZ is a non-profit event hosted all around the UK, with the aim of building community within Pole Dance spaces. We rely purely on ticket sales and donations to keep the events going.
