WHAT HAPPENS AT SLOW DATING+
You arrive, settle in. Light introductions and ice breakers ease you into the room.
"Mask Melter" connection exercises bring everyone onto equal ground and the nerves dissolve.
Rotating group conversations take you into topics you rarely get to talk about. Interesting, creative prompts that help you feel seen at a deeper level, and see others beyond the surface.
1:1 time with men. Enough time to actually feel someone's energy. Themes of desire, intimacy, friendship and gay life.
Creative games in groups to spark curiosity and let your real self show. When we play, the masks fall away.
Gentle embodiment and movement to free body.
Reflective practices. Journalling, visualisation and inner visioning around what you actually want. Not only in relationships, but in your life as a gay man.
Closing circle. Optional hang-out time afterwards to keep chatting.
