Emmy nominated writer and comedian, as seen on Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC Two), Comedians Giving Lectures (Dave) and Comedy Central Live, Canadian-born Erika Ehler made a striking debut at the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe, named as an "act to watch” by The Skinny and Rolling Stone, with critics praising her dark, incisive comedy and sharp delivery.
In 2024, she returned with her second hour, I Got Some Dope Ass Memories With People That I’ll Never Fck With Again*, at Monkey Barrel Comedy.
A graduate of Salford University’s Comedy Writing & Performance course, and winner of the Chortle Student Comedy Award 2019, Erika has also written for Roast Battle (Comedy Central), Have I Got News for You (BBC), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (Sky), and Death to 2020 (Netflix), Cunk on Life (Netflix) establishing her as one of the UK’s most distinctive and promising comedy voices.
