An month-long online series to ease you into soft habits of movement and creativity, from the candlelit comfort of your own home.
We'll be together for 4 live sessions with 8 hours of practice, bringing together Yoga, Meditation, Creative Writing, Drawing, Breathwork and Journalling throughout January.
Every Wednesday 7-9pm - Yoga, Mindfulness and Creative Writing and Visual Arts Sessions
There is the option to join the full course of Wednesday sessions - £60 for the month, or to drop in to a session or two for £18.
I am so excited to bring to you a January series to help you soften into the new year, whilst building some good habits, connecting with your bodies, and creating some magical art.
This is a monthlong programme pairing yoga practices with creative sessions, designed to help soften into some of those new years intentions so many of us have - bringing more movement and creativity into our lives, especially with the blank slate of a new year.
This programme aims to fulfil both of those hopes and dreams in a soft, slow way- the way that the depth of winter would want us to start anew. It will be on zoom, from the comfort of your own homes, meaning you can be in your pyjamas, with cups of tea and candles on if that is something that speaks to you.
This is a delicate balance between softness and discipline, an antidote to the ‘new year new me’ rhetoric, but instead something kind and soft and wonderful.
Our sessions take place on a Wednesday evening UK time and are broken into two halves- the first comprising of yoga, movement and meditation, followed by a break, and a second half drawing upon various creative exercises.
Our intention is to move, breathe and reflect, before settling into creative exercises, with a cup of tea in hand.
We’ll explore themes such as winter folklore and mythology, eco-poetry and soft subtle intention setting. I want us to create during this time, but also to dream and vision and hope.
Breakdown of the sessions below:
