- Neurodivergent Mix and Mingle

- How to Hold Hands Workshop
In this workshop we will queer connection and explore how we can bring more touch and intimacy into our existence.
We’ll debunk the myth that all intimacy is sexual, move through barriers that leave us touch starved, and dare to look each other in the eye, and hug for longer than 2 seconds!
This workshop is for anyone who wants more connection and intimacy in their life. Bring your shyness, your awkwardness, your confusion, your discomfort, - it’s all welcome here! We will use solo, paired and group exercises to explore embodied consent, and to explore different ways of connecting to ourselves and each other. Everything offered is an invite. Our work will be rooted in the wisdom of your body and lead by what feels good for you!
Expect cosy vibes, silliness and radical softness.
Facilitated by by Aoife Fehilly

About Ruby Rare: Over the past decade I’ve been on a mission to get people feeling more confident about sex and relationships. I’m an award-winning educator, and create spaces to learn, celebrate, and overcome shame: on social media, and beyond. I’m an accredited sex educator through Acet UK, and a proud ambassador for Brook, the UK’s leading sexual health charity. I’m curious to have the conversations many shy away from, with a nuanced perspective that holds inclusion at the very core. My work is shaped by my experiences as a dual-heritage, queer, non-monogamous person. My pronouns are she/they.
About Imale: Before all the things I do, I am an expression of creation, an artist, a witness and a lover. An integrative counsellor with a background in sexual health and advocacy, Imale blends academic, experiential, and traditional practices to offer LGBTQIA+, kink and poly friendly affirmative care, through a range of products and services designed to support personal growth, emotional connection, sensual embodiment.
