Stress doesn’t just live in your thoughts. It settles in muscles, breath, and the nervous system.
This workshop brings together TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Conscious Connected Breathwork to support gentle, non-verbal release.
TRE invites the body’s natural tremoring response, a reflex designed to discharge stress that many of us learnt to suppress. Breathwork opens space in a different way, helping whatever wants to shift to do so. Together, they offer something rare: release without effort, explanation, or performance.

Maximum 8 participants, held by two experienced facilitators. Calm, unhurried pacing, with real attention throughout.
This isn’t a class or a workout. It’s a held space to soften, unwind, and come back to yourself.

No experience needed. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or good at relaxing. Come exactly as you are.

- Simple movements to invite natural tremoring (TRE)

- A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
- Time to land, integrate, and reflect
You can pause, adjust, or stop whenever you need. This isn’t about pushing through. With consent, we may offer light grounding touch.
