Explore the power of your breath to take you on a transformational journey, in a totally safe, LGBTQ+-affirming and kink-aware space, in this small-group workshop.
Ever noticed how your mind and body react to events around you in ways you can’t quite understand?
Do you find yourself triggered by what people say or do?
Do you sometimes respond to stress in ways that feel dysregulated, overwhelming, or out of proportion?
Or perhaps you simply want to get out of your head and live more fully in the body you already have.
All of these challenges can be helped by transformational breathwork.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through a transformational breathwork journey using a combination of conscious breathing, music, and spoken guidance. Light, optional somatic touch may also be offered as support, always with clear consent.
No matter your background or prior experience, you’ll be met exactly where you are. For some, this will be a deeply relaxing experience — a rare pause from a constantly ON mind. For others, it may be a more emotionally rich or moving journey, offering new perspectives and deeper insight into their own life.
Transformational breathwork is a growing practice that creates space for insight, emotional movement, and change by working directly with the breath. By engaging the body and nervous system, it can open up experiences that thinking alone often can’t reach.
At Consciously Kinky, we believe in creating spaces that are fully LGBTQ+-affirming and kink-aware. You don’t need to worry about what might surface — you’ll be held in a room of people who understand and accept you as you are. This is a space where you can feel safe enough to be fully yourself.
Please note:
This is the second part of our breathwork journey, but you do not need to have attended Part One to get full value from this workshop.
Join us to breathe into transformation — to learn, to grow, to deepen your self-understanding, and to reconnect mind and body.
Without judgement.
Without shame.
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is for you if:
- You’re curious about breathwork as a tool for self-awareness, emotional regulation, or personal growth
- You notice patterns of stress, reactivity, or shutdown and want to explore them in a body-based way
- You’d like to feel more connected to your body, rather than living mostly “in your head”
- You value a space that is LGBTQ+-affirming and kink-aware, where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are
- You’re open to an experiential practice that may involve emotional, physical, or reflective responses
No previous experience of breathwork, therapy, or somatic practices is required.
Who this workshop may not be right for
This workshop may not be suitable if:
- You are currently in acute psychological distress or crisis
- You are experiencing active suicidal thoughts or are unable to maintain a basic sense of emotional safety
- You are looking for a purely intellectual or discussion-based workshop

For safety reasons, this workshop is also not suitable if you:

Trauma-aware approach
This breathwork session is facilitated with a trauma-aware, consent-led approach. You are always in control of your own experience.
- Participation is invitational, not forced
- You are free to slow down, pause, or stop at any time
- There is no expectation to “go deep” or have a particular kind of experience
- Emotional responses are welcome, but never required
Support and grounding will be available throughout, and the group size is intentionally kept small to allow for care, containment, and individual choice.
Venue note
This workshop takes place in a shared therapeutic venue. Because of this, we ask that you do not wear kinky clothing to the session. You are, however, absolutely welcome to talk openly about kink and sexuality during the workshop.
The venue is about 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station. The full address will be sent to ticket holders in the week before the event.
Spaces are intentionally limited to a maximum of six participants, so early booking is strongly recommended.
