Embodied Belonging in a Disrupted World with Chai (they/them)
In this workshop we will be asking ourselves: What does it mean to thrive in a disrupted world? How can we gain a sense of belonging when the world is so fractured and splintered? We in a very short time will create a safer space, through embodied work will move away from the head to the heart and soul.
This workshop will support you to find a safe place within you to belong, take a break from the world using mindfulness techniques & embodied practice, connect to your body in a trauma and gender affirming way, and to connect with the most non-judgemental part of ourselves our breath.
