JDT Music Academy is celebrating 25 years of contemporary music education with a special anniversary extravaganza — two concerts in one day showcasing the talent, creativity and community that have grown around JDT over the past quarter century.
Taking place on Saturday 16 May at St Nicholas’ Church, Dereham, the showcases begin at 2pm and 6pm and will feature performances from our students past and present, our staff, and a number of very special guest performers.
This is a celebration not just for JDT, but for the wider community — an opportunity for the whole town to recognise and enjoy the remarkable musical talent on its doorstep, and to celebrate having such a valuable creative resource here in Dereham.
Performers will be issued a wristband, giving free entry to both showcases, and friends and family are very welcome to attend and share in the celebrations.
The event will also raise funds for the final stages of our BigBuild community café project, including a complete toilet renovation, helping us create a more welcoming, accessible space for everyone who uses JDT.
Join us for a day of live music, community pride and celebration — marking 25 years of JDT Music Academy, and supporting what comes next.
