Have you noticed sudden anger, irritability, or emotional overwhelm during perimenopause or menopause — and wondered “What is happening to me?”
You’re not alone, and nothing is wrong with you.
Hormonal changes during menopause can intensify emotions, lower stress tolerance, and leave you feeling on edge, reactive, or emotionally exhausted. This nurturing menopause yoga workshop offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with steadiness and ease.
Through menopause-informed yoga, gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation, and guided reflection, you’ll learn practical tools to soothe emotional “heat,” regulate your nervous system, and feel more at home in your changing body. The workshop blends research backed menopause education with holistic insights from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, empowering you with both understanding and embodied support.
This is also a space for connection — to be heard, understood, and supported by others on a similar journey. Expect compassion, laughter, learning, and deep rest.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, grounded, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life — especially in moments when emotions run high.
At the end of the workshop handouts, the information on the menopause and associated symptoms menorage, information about Ayurvedic Principles, vitamins, supplements and natural remedies, nutrition and recipes for menopause will be shared.
The workshop also offers a safe, supportive space for women and menopausal people to connect, share experiences, laugh, and learn from one another. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yoga student, you will feel welcome and supported.
Note on Equipment: Bolsters, yoga mats, yoga straps, and yoga blocks will be provided to support comfort and accessibility throughout the workshop. You are very welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. For the sound bath at the end, please bring a blanket if you can to help you stay warm and comfortable during relaxation.
