Second Spring is a post-menopause yoga workshop celebrating strength, vitality, and renewal. In many wisdom traditions, post-menopause is known as a Second Spring: a time of clarity, confidence, and embodied power.
This workshop is designed to support heart, bone, and muscle health, rebuild strength safely, and rekindle motivation and joy — especially for women experiencing low mood, flatness, or anhedonia after menopause. Rather than slowing down, this is an invitation to reconnect with your inner fire in a sustainable, supportive way.
You’ll be guided through a dynamic Hatha Yoga practice, with clear options and variations to support different health conditions and energy levels. The practice will be balanced with pranayama, restorative postures, and meditation, helping you feel both strong and
deeply resourced.
This is not about pushing or proving — it’s about reclaiming strength, confidence, and agency in your body, at your own pace, and on your own terms.
What to Expect
- A welcome circle to arrive, connect, and set intention
- Dynamic Hatha Yoga to build strength, stability, and resilience
- Pranayama to support energy, mood, and heart health
- Restorative postures for integration and nervous system balance
- Guided meditation to cultivate focus, motivation, and inner confidence
- Self-reflection or Journaling
- Relaxation with soothing sound bath.
Who This Is For

o Maintain or rebuild bone and muscle strength

The workshop also offers a safe, supportive space for women and menopausal people to connect, share experiences, laugh, and learn from one another. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yoga student, you will feel welcome and supported.
Note on Equipment: Bolsters, yoga mats, yoga straps, and yoga blocks will be provided to support comfort and accessibility throughout the workshop. You are very welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. For the sound bath at the end, please bring a blanket if you can to help you stay warm and comfortable during relaxation.
