🎀A routine broken down step by step (taught slowly)

🎀Time to practice the routine & film

( completely optional, never any pressure to film 💝 )

🎀A cool-down

This is a judgment free zone. A fun, supportive space where you can be yourself. You don't need rhythm, experience or confidence (we build that here).

Photography: Photos/videos may be taken for marketing. Please inform the instructor if you do not want to appear, it’s absolutely not a problem!
Property in the space: Take care of your possessions; the organiser/ instructor cannot accept liability for items left in the building or studio.
Late Arrival: You may join the class up to 10 mins late but the instructor cannot assist support in finding the studio once the class has started. Refunds will not be given for missed time.
Cancellations & Refunds Bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit for a future class if notice is given at least 6 hours before the class.
Code of Conduct We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Disruptive/inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the class without refund.
