A social to help build meaningful connections and networks of support amongst the non-monogamy community in London. No cruising allowed. You must read & agree to conduct by out Code of Conduct.
We’ll be taking over the full covered outdoor heated Secret Garden Area of the Exhibit Balham pub in SW London to socialize and build connections with other non-monogamists of like mind.
Our events are about celebrating the diversity of our community, making friends, and sharing our experiences and information about other opportunities to support our non-monogamous love/life styles. Whether you are experienced or just started exploring non-monogamy, and whatever form of non-monogamy you identify with or practice, you are welcome to join the ENM Fam and we would love to meet you!
IMPORTANT:
Our events are not designed for dating. Please do not attend to meet dates or to hook up. Save your cruisy energy for the apps, play parties, or dating events. Come with the intention to supporting our efforts to build a genuine sense of community.
This event is ticketed, so you will need to register to attend. This is a non-profit event which is fully volunteer run. Ticket costs are used to cover event running costs, with all remaining proceeds donated to charitable social causes important to our community.
There is no waiting list. If tickets sell out, we recommend checking the page regularly as you are likely to be able to obtain returned tickets from guests no longer able to attend.
If you choose to register for this event, we ask you agree to the following:
1) Aim to arrive by 8pm. Doors open at 7pm, and we want to prioritise tickets for people committed to fully participating in our event and activities. However, we understand life be lifen' and sometimes you may need to arrive later, please just get in touch and let us know.
2) You MUST read and agree to the Code of Conduct before attending. Please note that there may be some regular pub customers on the night and anyone not wearing a name tag is not an event guest.

📌 This is a not-for-profit initiative. A different volunteer may receive the ticket payout each event, but this is only to manage logistics, not income. Financials are tracked and donations reported for full transparency.

ACCESSIBILITY:
- Entrances & Access: The Secret Garden has full step-free access via the main entrance's sloped pathway, and space for manoeuvrabiliry for manual and motorized wheelchairs in the garden area itself.
- Facilities: Accessible, DDA-compliant toilets are situated right on the ground floor close to the main bar and garden entrance.
- Weather Comfort: The entire space is covered by a protective perspex roof and equipped with powerful heaters, ensuring comfort for guests with sensory or temperature sensitivities throughout the year. Consider bringing layers or small blanket just in case in colder months to ensure comfortably if you are worried about the cold,
- Transportation:
- Balham Station National Rail (Southern): This is classified as a Category B3 station. It provides step-free level access via a lift only to Platform 1 (towards Croydon, Sutton, and London Bridge) and Platform 2 (towards London Victoria).
- London Underground (Northern Line): The Tube section of Balham Station does not have step-free access down to the deep-level platforms. If you require a fully step-free Underground transfer, you will need to utilize nearby step-free hubs like Clapham South or Tooting Broadway.
- 🅿️ Accessible Parking Near Balham Station - The Exhibit does not have its own private parking, but there are nearby public options for Blue Badge holders including:
- Sainsbury's Car Park Balham: Located directly adjacent to the station at 147-151 Balham High Road. This is the closest public parking option and includes designated disabled parking bays.
- Balham Health Centre (Bedford Hill): located a short distance away from pub at 120-124 Bedford Hill.
- Surrounding streets like Limerick Close feature private or paid street parking options with enhanced accessibility app booking.
- Audio Stimulation: Because it operates as part of a lively pub, background music and chatter can get loud. Carrying noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs is highly recommended if you are sensitive to high ambient noise levels. There is also a short period (10–20 minutes) where feature a grounding speech or occasionally performances which will utilize the venue's electronic sound system. If the sound system or crowd volume becomes overwhelming during the event, there is the option to step out and relocate to the main public area of the pub. While this space is shared with general patrons and not private, it offers a change of environment to help regulate sensory input.

FOOD AND DRINK: Although it is being held at a pub, rhis is a sober-friendly event. The Exhibit Balham have several alcohol-free drinks available. We encourage everyone to come, whether they drink alcohol or not. They also have food available to order. Please see the venue's food and drinks menus on their website for more information.
