Draw with me is a live one to one performance exploring care based practices in the form of drawing. This action originates from the artist's experience of self soothing, a practice which has become an everyday ritual of survival. One that is often invisible but deeply meaningful in the management of chronic pain.
Gemma Jones is a performance artist based in Scotland whose practice explores the limitations and expressive possibilities of the body in a bid to rethink how time, space, and language are felt, visualised, and performed.
