Join us on Sunday, 29 March in Ealing for two hours of empowerment, confidence-building and good fun.
PART 1
A powerful masterclass for women led by Gosia Wozniak, an experienced educator and linguist, exploring how language influences power, boundaries, and perception. In this interactive workshop, we will examine how everyday language can reinforce or challenge misogyny, and how women can use words as a form of self-defence.
Through discussion, real-life examples, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to recognise harmful language patterns, set clear boundaries, and respond confidently in difficult situations.
This workshop will help you:
- understand how language shapes reality
- challenge subtle forms of misogyny
- communicate with clarity and authority
- use language as a tool for personal power and protection
PART 2
A practical self-defence session for all levels led by ex-military Krav Maga coach Nick Maison. Using principles from physiology and psychology, Nick will demonstrate simple yet effective techniques and show how everyday objects can become tools for personal safety.
