At Queer Prom we want to ensure that all members of the LGBTQ+ community are able to access our events. For this reason, we operate a Pay-It-Forward ticket system, giving the option for those purchasing tickets to buy an additional ticket for a member of the community who would otherwise be restricted from attending our events due to financial barriers.
If you are experiencing financial barriers in accessing our event and would like a ticket please email queerpromuk@gmail.com. This scheme operates on a first come first served basis. This scheme also operates on an honesty basis, we do not require proof that you require a Pay-It-Forward ticket, we believe you.
SAFER SPACES POLICY:
Queer Prom events are created by and for the LGBTQ+ community but allies are welcome. Allies, remember whose house you're in and remember that respect is fundamental.
Queer Prom will not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, racism, sexism, ableism or any other form of bigotry. We will also not tolerate sexual harassment. If you are made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point during our events, please let a member of the team know.
