Liz Ikamba and Her Band
For this special summer edition, we're delighted to welcome the incredible Liz Ikamba performing with her full band. Together they'll deliver a powerful live set of genre-defying Afro-soul-folk, rich with soaring vocals, groove and musical storytelling. Alongside a lineup of exceptional artists rooted in African and global musical traditions, expect deep rhythms, uplifting performances and pure dancefloor energy from start to finish.

Among his sensational Pigeon sell-out shows across the UK and Jools Holland TV appearances, Falle Nioke joins fellow Music is Love co-founder Solta Sound to perform their explosive Afro Electronic Live Act – Saf Sap! (it’s spicy!) – expect Solta’s sub bass heavy, dancefloor smashing Afro Jungle, Techno and Dubstep combined with Falle’s inimitably innovative ancestral vocal beauty and power!

Prime Eats brings its celebrated Belly Full menu to Music is Love, serving flavour-packed Afro-Caribbean cuisine inspired by Montserratian heritage. Kanndiss showcases naturally gluten-free and vegan options, and her mission is simple: bringing people together through inclusive food, community spirit and exceptional flavour.
Khadim Sarr
Khadim Sarr is a renowned Senegalese singer-songwriter and leader of Bakk Lamp Fall. Known for his sublime, powerful vocals, he blends ancestral percussion, dance and contemporary West African sounds, delivering spiritually rich, high-energy performances acclaimed across Dakar and international festivals.
Amadou Diagne & Liz Ikamba
Celebrated Senegalese Kora player, singer and percussionist and Amadou Diagne joins Liz Ikamba for a special collaboration. Blending West African traditions with contemporary songwriting, this dynamic duo delivers infectious grooves, uplifting rhythms, soulful vocals and electrifying musical chemistry.
DJ Juba (Leon Williams)
DJ Juba, aka Leon Williams, brings live percussion and irresistible Afro-Latin energy to every dancefloor. Expect a vibrant mix of salsa, bachata, Afrobeats and deep Afrohouse, elevated by soulful melodies and rhythms guaranteed to keep bodies moving.
Shirley Ottou
French-born artist, Margate Radio host and BLASE co-founder Shirley Ottou explores connection through sound. Her genre-spanning sets draw on synchronicity, synaesthesia and intuition, creating immersive musical journeys. For Music is Love, she presents a special Soulstice dance session. We can’t wait!
