⚠️ Important:
This ticket gives access to all six sessions. Because the workshops are designed as a continuous creative process, we strongly encourage people to book only if they can attend all six dates.
The group is intentionally small (maximum 20 participants) to create a supportive and collaborative environment. Please only book a ticket if you are confident you can commit to the full series.
Across six weekly sessions, we will collaboratively create a zine exploring our experiences as trans migrants. Drawing inspiration from iconic trans zines such as Gendertrash From Hell, the workshops will guide participants through different creative practices, including writing ✍️, collage ✂️, photography 📸, and storytelling.
The sessions will be facilitated by Morgan M Page, a writer, historian, and filmmaker based in London. Morgan is the creator of the trans history podcast One From the Vaults, co-writer of the feature film Framing Agnes, and author of the book Boys Don't Cry. With Morgan’s guidance, participants will explore trans history, creativity, and self-expression while developing their own contributions to a collective zine.
The workshops will culminate in the publication of your zine and a launch celebration in early June (date TBA) 🎉 where participants will be able to share their work and celebrate the project together.

📞 Commitment check:
To help avoid no-shows and ensure that every place goes to someone who can fully participate, we will schedule a short call with all ticket holders after booking. We will email you at the email address used to book your ticket to arrange this call. As we usually have people on the waiting list, every slot in the workshop is valuable.
Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) and reply to our email to arrange the call. If we do not receive a response, the ticket may be removed and offered to someone on the waiting list.
If you have a personal commitment and you cannot attend all six sessions but could attend most of them (for example, 5 out of 6), please email Rob at maureen@thelovetank.info, and we can discuss it.

About our FREE events
💜 Our events are free to ensure they remain accessible to our communities. However, organising them comes with costs. If you'd like to support our work, please consider donating via this link.
💜 To make sure as many people as possible can attend, we ask that you cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it. Failing to show up without prior cancellation takes a spot from someone else and wastes resources, including food and venue costs. We track attendance, and individuals who miss three events without cancelling will be unable to register for our future events. Please be considerate and let us know if you can’t attend.
💜 To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please arrive on time. Our events are not drop-in sessions, meaning attendees must arrive at the start time and stay for the duration. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals - after that, entry will not be permitted as it can be disruptive to the group. Additionally, the entrance is not monitored after the grace period, so there will be no one available to let latecomers in. The event hours are clearly stated in the description, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a welcoming space for all!
