TRANSMISSIONS PRESENTS: Puppygirl (LIVE Q&A)
Henry Hanson (Dog Movie, Bros Before) brings his latest to our hallowed basement for a film that asks the age-old question; to arf, or not to arf?
Milo Talwani (Dog Movie) stars in a gonzo documentary about a semi-delusional trans woman embarking on a mission to uncover whether her path to sexual liberation is paved with dog treats or if being coercively-assigned-pup is a fate worse than celibacy.
Bizarre, unsavoury, and hysterically funny, Puppygirl is an unmissable new work by one of our finest cinematic scoundrels.
The film will be preceded by a selection of shorts chosen by the director, and we'll be joined live and in the flesh by Hanson and Talwani for an introduction and post-film Q&A that promises to be as normal and well-behaved as the film itself.
Are you certain you're not a member of the porno-brained majority?
Subtitles will be displayed throughout the film.
Seating is a mixture of benches, backed chairs, bar stools, and floor space, and is first come, first served.
