This workshop invites you to reconnect through breath-work, guided movement and stillness.
You'll be supported to release tension, explore gentle movement and meditate for a deeper sense of presence.
We will reflect through creative expression.
Ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected from their body.
This is a non judgemental space for embodied inquiry and creative self expression.
Please bring water, comfortable clothes and a pen and journal
