Enjoy three seasonal courses, each designed to be paired with carefully selected cheeses served alongside. You’ll be able to taste each cheese on its own before adding it to your dish - letting you experience how the flavours evolve and complement one another. Between courses, additional cheeses will be served, each accompanied by a story from Lucy about her travels, the cheesemakers, and why each one is special to her.
This session is led by Lucy (@lucycheese), an experienced cheesemonger at The Cheeseboard in Greenwich and organiser of cheese & wine events across South-East London. A finalist in the Young Cheesemonger of the Year Awards and recently Level 2 certified with the Academy of Cheese, Lucy travels the UK and Europe discovering new cheeses, meeting cheesemakers, and learning about their craft.
For this event, she has curated a spring-inspired selection of cheeses designed to be tasted, explored, and enjoyed throughout the evening, with carefully chosen wine pairings, or you can opt for thoughtfully selected non-alcoholic options if that’s more your thing.
What's included:
– A seasonal menu: starter, two main courses, and a final cheese course
– Five carefully selected cheeses, thoughtfully incorporated throughout the dishes and tasting experience
– Stories behind each cheese and dish, shared by Lucy throughout the evening
– Wine pairings with each course (plus thoughtfully selected non-alcoholic alternatives)
– A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere in a unique art workshop space
