Porty Pride and SQIFF are teaming up again for a vibrant, intersectional and intergenerational celebration of queer storytelling and filmmaking. This special collaboration honours the rich diversity of LGBTQIA+ voices across ages, identities and experiences, bringing communities together through the power of film.
As Porty Pride marks its 5th anniversary, we’re cooking up a truly special and joyful programme. More to come soon…
All films will have captions and there will be a BSL Interpreter for the Q&A session.
This will be a ticketed event (£5, £10, £15)
Doors open 7pm with a 10pm finish

The Portobello Tap will be serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks
This is an indoor event.
Portobello Town Hall has step-free access, wheelchair accessible, accessible and gender-neutral bathrooms
In order to make Porty Pride more accessible to those on a low income but still community-funded, we use a sliding scale ticket price for our events. You can choose what you pay based on your circumstances – you won’t be asked for any proof/ID. We just ask that you are honest!
TICKET PRICES
£15 - I am comfortably able to meet all of my basic needs and have expendable income.
£10 - I am employed and have have some expendable income.
£5 - I may stress about meeting my basic needs and have no or very limited expendable income.
Or £20 for combined ticket with Porty Pride in partnership with Edinburgh Arts Festival.
EXPENDABLE INCOME might mean you are able to buy coffee or tea at a shop, go to the cinema or a concert, buy new clothes, books and similar items each month, etc.
BASIC NEEDS include food, housing, clothing, and transportation.
