Join us for a cosy, low-pressure crafty social where we’ll be customising our own clothes together ✂️
Drop in anytime from 6pm and we’ll get you set up!
For this session, we’re turning our customisation station into a full craft club night. This means more time, more space, and more room to play.
Bring along an item you want to transform (jacket, jeans, shirt, whatever) and we’ll have a selection of tools and materials to help you make it your own. Think eyelets, studs, spikes, safety pins and other bits to add more attitude, and personality to your clothes.
This isn’t a workshop, there’s no right or wrong way to do it. We’ll be around to guide you if you need, but it’s mostly about experimenting, trying things out, and seeing where it takes you.
💭 think:
– giving an old piece a second life
– making something feel more you
– adding a bit of chaos, softness or statement to your clothes
🌈 the vibe:
low-pressure
queer-friendly & welcoming
hands-on, chatty, a little chaotic
🌈 what to expect:
a chilled evening in a room full of creative, queer, chaotic, hot people who also just want to take a break from our screens, get our hands busy, while chatting and making new friends you'll actually have a chance to regularly see again 🫶
we’ll bring all the materials tools and everything you need to make whatever your heart desires.
✨ You can spend the whole evening working on one piece or try a few things out, it’s all part of the process.Whether you’re making something that reflects your identity, your values, or just something cute, there’s space for it all.
And of course, you’ll take home all your creations at the end of the night 🛍️
✂️ about the silly little craft club
We’re two friends (Lara & Pat) who love nothing more than sitting around the kitchen table, chatting, unwinding, and doing silly little crafts for our silly mental health. It has become a small but joyful ritual, and we’d love to share that connection with more people.
We crave doing things with our hands, experimenting new techniques, without the pressure of making things perfect. We want to create a space where we’re able to fail and try again, surrounded by people who value the same things as us: creating more, and consuming less. For the sheer pleasure of making stuff. So we started a craft club! If this sounds like you, join us!!
We set up monthly sessions where we try new things together and we are building a little crafty community on Whatsapp where we share projects and stay in touch. Even if you can’t make this session you can join the group here!
✂️ let’s get together and make silly little crafts for our silly mental health ✨
We have added some Pay What You Can tickets so that we can make the event accessible to as much people as we can, regardless of financial status. If you would like to join but are strapped for cash, just message us on IG! We'd much rather have you there :)
