THE ULTIMATE REJECTION WORKSHOP
The first round of this workshop was such a success that I'm doing it again!
Using a combination of guided discussion, somatic tools and some role play to practice rejection - this workshop will help you find out why rejection is so scary, and then unpack it and practice it, until you're more comfortable being rejected and more willing to risk it for connection: there is no vulnerability that doesn't risk rejection!
This workshop will be 2 hours long with a brief comfort break - you are welcome to bring food and drinks as it happens over lunch time - there is also a community cafe in the building :)
The workshop will be completed in person at my office in The Albany, which you access via the cafe garden by following the path - the entrance is opposite the poly tunnel (there will be signs)
