Please note: it is on the top floor, with stairs and there are no lift facilities.

There are yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a blanket if required, eye mask etc

Step into an evening of nervous system regulation and inner journeying.

We begin with a few gentle poses to open the body, calm the mind, and awaken the breath. From this space, we transition into a powerful Sound Bath & Shamanic Journey featuring the shamanic drum, ancient drums, sacred chants, and healing vibrations to guide you inward.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, release, and remember.

There is the option to attend the yoga session only, or stay for the full immersive journey.

About me

Christen is a qualified yoga teacher, singer-songwriter, voice activation facilitator, and shamanic practitioner devoted to guiding others back into balance—physically, emotionally and energetically. Rooted in Celtic and Ashanti (Ghanaian) traditions his work weaves together ancient wisdom, sound and intuitive practices to support deep healing and self-connection.

Through his offerings, Christen creates grounded and supportive spaces for transformation, combining intuitive touch therapy, shamanic sound healing, voice activation, and spiritual guidance. His approach focuses on helping people reconnect with their inner voice, regulate the nervous system, and restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

1. Tickets & Payments All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person for the same event. It is your responsibility to inform us of the name change at least 24 hours prior to the event.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, you will be offered a transfer to a future event or alternative date.
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities offered.
Our workshops may include movement, breathwork, sound baths, and facilitated conversation, which can be physically and emotionally engaging.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace and respect your personal limits. You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the event.
The Wholesome Space and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.
Sound baths may involve the use of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and other frequencies that can be deeply relaxing or emotionally stimulating.
If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, sound sensitivity, or any relevant medical condition, please seek medical advice before attending.
You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
At some events, food and/or drinks may be provided. While we aim to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
