As the sun reaches its peak, we come together to celebrate abundance, connection, and community. Join the Popola tribe for an afternoon of movement, storytelling, nourishment, and collective joy as we welcome the longest day of the year surrounded by beautiful people and good energy.

🌞 Flow of the Day 🌞
- Part I: Movement & Awakening (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
We begin the day by arriving into our bodies, opening space for play, expression, and connection.
1:30 PM | Somatic Dance Workshop
A guided movement journey designed to help release tension, awaken creativity, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body through rhythm, breath, and intuitive movement.
2:30 PM | Afro-Colombian Drumming: Bullerengue
An introduction to the rich traditions of Bullerengue, an Afro-Colombian musical practice rooted in resistance, celebration, and collective expression. Expect drums, voice, movement, and plenty of joy.
- Part II: Rest, Reflection & Community (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
As the afternoon unfolds, we soften and gather.
4:00 PM | Sound Bath
A restorative sonic journey inviting deep relaxation and spaciousness through immersive sound and vibration.
5:00 PM | Storytelling Circle
A communal space for sharing memories, reflections, traditions, and tales. Bring a story, listen deeply, or simply enjoy the magic of collective storytelling.

Bottomless Iced Teas & Herbal Infusions
