“We have had wheelchair users onboard our vessels before however due to access onto the vessel being very tight we would require the wheelchair user to be able to gain access onto the boat without the use of the wheelchair or would require able bodied members from your group to lift the passenger onto the vessel. Due to the nature of the Thames, there may be a gap between the pier and the threshold of the boat which could make gaining access harder for the wheelchair user. Please note we do not have any toilet facilities for wheelchair-bound passengers, and our toilet cubicles onboard are very small. The pier can be steep at certain times of the day however our crew are always on hand to offer help to the elderly, very young, disabled or anyone else who may need assistance.”
